General Information
 

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from us with your order confirmation and tracking number. Our logistics partner is DHL who will also email you when they are ready to deliver your order to your door.
 

We will process all orders made before 1pm the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.
 

In the instance that you have given incorrect delivery details please ensure you email us immediately upon successful placement of your order at shop@labecalondon.com.

If you are not happy with any/all items in your order, you can request to return within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

ALL RETURNS

If you are not happy with your order, please follow the below instructions to complete your return:

1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return. All items must be in their original condition for you to receive a full refund.
2. Request confirmation of your return by emailing shop@labecalondon.com.
3. Once confirmed, we will provide you with our return address.
4. Please arrange your return via your chosen service and keep a copy of your proof of postage for your own records. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, and in the same currency. Note that exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.

Should the item be used, worn, washed or damaged then Labeca is not obliged to take the items back. Please also note that several returned items need only be sent back in one package.

Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select. Labeca are not responsible for any duties and taxes for your return, duties and taxes must be paid for by the customer.

Labeca are not responsible for the parcel until we have received it in our warehouse. Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage for your own records.

EXCHANGES

Currently we are unable to accept exchanges. If the item is not suitable and you wish to receive a different size/colour, please place another order with us and request to return your unwanted item(s) by contacting shop@labecalondon.com.
