Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the following business day, we cannot guarantee shipment the following day if your order is placed after 1pm.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can find more information on our shipping page.

You will be provided with a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Our logistics provider is DHL.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or amend it. If you need further assistance please email shop@labecalondon.com.

If your item has been delivered faulty or damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Services department by emailing shop@labecalondon.com. We will happily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

Our Labeca Masks are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

If you are not happy with a product or if you would like to exchange it for another size, you can do this within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

UK RETURNS VIA DHL

If you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to return your items via DHL. Please follow the below instructions to complete your return:

  1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return. All items must be in their original condition for you to receive a full refund.
  2. Request your return label by emailing shop@labecalondon.com.
  3. Follow the instructions on your return label to organise collection of your parcel.
  4. When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, and in the same currency.
    Note that exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.


We will process a full refund, minus the postage costs for your return.

UK RETURNS VIA POST OFFICE OR OTHER COURIER METHOD

If you would like to choose an alternative service, such as returning via the Post Office, you are welcome to do so. Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select. Labeca are not responsible for the parcel until we have received it in our warehouse. Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage for your own records.

EU AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

EU and USA customers are responsible for arranging their returns shipment themselves via their own shipping company. Please follow the below instructions to complete your return:.

  1. Email us at shop@labecalondon.com to inform us of your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return has been confirmed, please arrange your return via your chosen service and keep a copy of your proof of postage for your own records.
  3. Please ensure your return in its original condition; unwashed, unworn, undamaged and all Labeca labels attached.

 Please note that Labeca are not responsible for any custom and duty fees for your return. This cost will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

In compliance with the above mentioned steps, all returned items will be credited to the buyer´s credit card or to your account. Shipping costs will be refunded if your entire order is returned to us. Labeca are not responsible for items which are not sent back in compliance with the above instructions.

Should the item be used, worn, washed or damaged then Labeca is not obliged to take the items back. Please also note that several returned items need only be sent back in one package.

Please allow 14 days after we have received your return for your refund to appear in your account.

In cases where the refund is made in a currency other than GBP, the refund amount shall be subject to change based on the exchange rates applicable at the date of refund.

Any custom duties are paid for by the recipient for both orders and returns.
